Folly Project - 1st Semester Final

Fragments of Art

The project describes the presence of diversity and sharing spaces within a public site. The idea behind the folly was to create a space where the nature and ecosystem contrast each other, and the inspiration came from an abstract painting. During the creative process, I decided to do different vignette where I used the painting model as a reference, this method helped me to visualize the form and shapes I wanted to incorporate in the project. I sketched some of my ideas, considering the function of the different figures and the aesthetic I wanted to achieve. Finally, I converted an art piece into architectural structures where people can share their experiences and enjoy the natural environment.
